Mary L. Kozielek Mudrovic, 89, of Godfrey, IL, formerly of Madison, IL, born on November 27, 1927 in Henrietta, OK, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Integrity, Wood River, IL.

Mary co-owned and operated Whiteway Tavern in Madison, IL, for 25 years and retired finally in 1978.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, Mudrovic; first husband, Leon Kozielek; brother, Jimmy Boyd; grandson, John McDowell; father, Marion Riley Boyd; and mother, Eva M. Hall.

Surviving her are her daughters, Sharon (Ed) Evertsen of Godfrey and Vickie McDowell of Granite City; brother, Bob (Wilma) Boyd of Danville, ID; grandchildren, Joe (Karen) Dent of Columbia, IL, Amy (Greg) Reynolds of Albers, IL, and Molly McDowell of Collinsville; great-grandchildren, Andrea, Patrick, Brady, Jack, Sam, and Lola; and her brother-in-law, Robert Kozielek.
